We have known Paul for number of years and specifically, first worked with him 7 years ago. At that time Paul helped us to purchase one bedroom apartment and we were much pleased with his work. Since then our family grew, and we were looking for an upgrade to a townhouse. Selling (especially in buyers market) and buying at the same time is not an easy task as it involves a lot of complex aspects. However, Paul led us through the process with an ease so that the sale and purchase went as smooth as possible for us. There was not a single question that he could not answer with deep and thoughtful analysis which helped us with the decision-making process and acquisition of a new property in a great location with one of the best schools in GTA! We worked with Paul Artamonov in the spring of 2025 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased.
