Where do we start? Peggy Wilson is truly one of a kind! Peggy helped us sell our first house three years ago and recently helped us complete the purchase of another house. Our first real estate transaction was easy, Peggy listed our house on the market and it sold within a month, she walked us through the process and made sure we were happy with the transaction. Our second real estate transaction was a difficult one, we encountered many issues with the seller and unforeseen problems BUT Peggy was right there in the thick of it with us, she dedicated countless hours to our transaction and always reassured us when we became weary. We spoke with Peggy daily, she always kept us informed and had a plan of action. We can't say enough good things about Peggy's charter and work ethic, she goes above and beyond for her clients and not just to "close a deal", she truly cares about the happiness of her clients and it shows. We consider Peggy more like family now than our real estate agent, she is a jewel!

Peggy is not hasty; though there were moments when she approached us with a sense of urgency, but only in the name of a good and strategic outcome. Above all else, she has stamina (and again I'll mention her patience with us) in our sometimes zig-zag path. In the course of the hunt, she and I had a conversation in the driveway of one of the listings we walked through, and couldn't pin down just how/when we were introduced or how our paths coincided, but I give myself credit for a good judge of character to have picked up the phone and called her when we were ready for a property. She still texts me to check in well after the deal closed and we all went on our way. I wish her blessings and good fortune for the years to come, and she will remain on my speed dial as the first to call (or text!) when I need help.

Peggy responded quickly to all questions and concerns. She listened carefully to what I wanted and did exactly that. She also provided helpful suggestions or additional information to help me make some decisions.

Peggy knows exactly what she is doing, was no-nonsense and exacting with the paperwork which I greatly appreciated.

Peggy made our house look gorgeous, with video on YouTube and ads on internet. She got us a quick sale at a reasonable price. Since we had moved out of town, she handled everything for us, inspections, gas and termite people, contractor for a few repairs and requesting a report from the EPA for us. I am very satisfied with her performance and if I was selling another house would definitely use her.
