Peggy has lived and worked here for more than30 years and knows the culture. She has a depth of knowledge only time and true attention to her craft can provide. She does not gouge and speaks honestly. She is fair and will give you every bit of her attention! She will show you anything you want to look at even when she has advised you it is not an area she thinks would be a good fit and when you see the house up close and personal and find that she is exactly right, she will still speak the same truth about the next location. She help me find the perfect place, even after several offers (being out bid) and one that fell thru due to no fault of Peggy (all about the appraisal process) and tries to help with things that are not technically her responsibility. It is obvious Peggy cares a great deal about her clients and her home town.

Peggy Wilson was the first Realtor to contact us after my husband had gone online to try to get an idea of how much our property was worth. She met with us the very next day...came prepared with comps and had done the research necessary to help us list our home.
