Peggy made the process of selling our first home seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to help guide us. She started off as just our real estate agent and will forever be considered a friend. Peggy worked so hard for us and I feel she gave us 100%, that's hard to find these days but she exceeded all of our expectations. Her knowledge and experience make her an amazing agent but her compassion and dedication to her clients make her exceptional!

Peggy Wilson is the best. Very professional. She anticipates what will be needed to sale the property even before an offer comes in. I have now used her for 3 properties and plan on continuing each time I sale a property.

Only negative is that there are too many forms to sign - but welcome to California. Not Peggy's nor Century 21's fault. I did like the E-sign process, which greatly expedited signing and much more convenient.
