I was recommended Penny by a trusted agency in Texas. I am a first time military home buyer and am clueless when it comes to real estate. Penny kept me informed and was very upfront with me about expectations from the start.

My house was on the market 4 months, although I had a lot of appointments because of Penny and her skills, Penny also have the patience of Job to deal with me. I am a very private person so I really had a problem with open houses and people coming into my home and me having to leave, while strangers were critiquing my home, but she was very patient with me and we got through that part. Penny sold my home that I was presently living in and she also was my realtor for my new build. Penny was by my side at every occasion and explain every detail to me and was there to answer all of my questions thank you Penny for being such a knowledgeable realtor and having my back.
