I was recommended Penny by a trusted agency in Texas. I am a first time military home buyer and am clueless when it comes to real estate. Penny kept me informed and was very upfront with me about expectations from the start.

I am sure that I am not the easiest client as I am very picky and have high expectations of what I want. We looked at over 20 homes in the area before I eventually found the home I purchased. Penny remained vigilant for new listings and continued her support when I was becoming frustrated with my search.

My house was on the market 4 months, although I had a lot of appointments because of Penny and her skills, Penny also have the patience of Job to deal with me. I am a very private person so I really had a problem with open houses and people coming into my home and me having to leave, while strangers were critiquing my home, but she was very patient with me and we got through that part. Penny sold my home that I was presently living in and she also was my realtor for my new build. Penny was by my side at every occasion and explain every detail to me and was there to answer all of my questions thank you Penny for being such a knowledgeable realtor and having my back. I also must add that Penny and her husband came over and helped me repair a few things in my yard so she went above and beyond the call of duty.
