This team Sold my house before I even listed it.

I highly highly recommend Philip. I initially interviewed them but decided to go with another agency which was a mistake. The other agent had my home sitting on the market over 6 months with no concern or motivation to get it sold. I lost hope until I reconnected with Philip. They had my home sold the first weekend it went on the market. And at listing price!! I wish I had gone with them sooner.
