January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $5,025,000—down 5.63% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $661,000 in Charleston County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $674,000 in February.
Sullivan's Island had 9 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 30—up 25.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
