Hi, I'm Phillip Lirette, co-founder of Team Lirette at Keller Williams, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the Greater New Orleans Area. Growing up in Baton Rouge, my family visited New Orleans often, and I was drawn to it every single time: the history, the culture, the diversity. So when it came time for college, I chose the University of New Orleans, bought my first home in Gentilly, and never looked back.

That experience drives my approach with every client. I believe real estate should feel exciting and educational no matter where you are in your journey.

I hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. I'm a member of the NOMAR Leadership Academy Class of 2026 and serve on the UNO Alumni Association Board of Directors.
