Rich and Kat have been the best real estate agents my wife and I could have asked for. As first time homebuyers, they were able to make the process completely stress-free. Any question we had, they answered and explained. Rich and Kat taught us about different things to look for when buying a house, how to navigate the negotiation process, and how to understand the post-buying experience. They were able to help us break down which city or location would be best for us and why. Rich and Kat have a plethora of knowledge in all aspects real estate. They were always incredibly responsive and made us confident that we would have a smooth transition going from renting to owning. During showings, Rich was not afraid to give his opinion on aspects we may have been unsure about or unfamiliar with. He did not sugar coat anything, nor did he make sure we left a home without noticing any potential flaws. His construction background makes him very knowledgable about anything in the home, inside and out.

Kat was incredibly thorough and efficient with how she handled all of the business on the back-end. She was persistent when anything was pressing and quick to clarify any paperwork confusion. My wife and I struggled to understand a lot of the nitty-gritty details about the home buying process (terminology, order of events, requirements, etc.), but Kat helped us learn all of it.

Rich and Kat have been incredibly fun to be around, kind, and approachable. They have always had our backs and always will, even though the home buying process is over. They answered every call, and if they couldn't, they would instantly reply with a text message. We have already recommended Rich and Kat to a few of our friends who are thinking about buying a home, and will continue to recommend them to people as long as they say we can!

Rich and Kat Farless were referred to us by our very excellent broker in LA who we used when we moved out of our home of 34 years. His recommendation worked out beyond our expectations. Rich and Kat are a great team who listened to our "Must Haves" for our new home in Orangevale. They were very efficient at sending us links to all the homes in the Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova and Roseville areas surrounding Sacramento that were in our price range. After living in North Natomas for 4 years, we received a a 60 notice to vacate from our rental home taped to our door. This is when we decided to purchase our own home so we wouldn't have to be beholden to a landlord anymore. We found the perfect house for us with a lot of help from Rich and Kat. They are great communicators and are very educated on the Real Estate Market and gave us great advice from beginning to end. We accomplished a 26 day escrow and it was a seamless adventure. We were very impressed when Rich and Kat walked around the new neighborhood in the heat last weekend to see if they could relocate the cat that the previous owners left there.
