Rick Coleman is a Valdosta native and REALTOR® with Signature Choice Realty who combines deep local roots with a strong background in leadership and client service. After spending much of his adult life living and working throughout the Southeast, Rick returned to Valdosta with a broader perspective that allows him to effectively serve both longtime residents and those relocating to the area.

Prior to real estate, Rick built a successful career in hospitality and operations leadership, where he managed complex projects, negotiated at a high level, and focused on delivering exceptional experiences. That professional foundation carries over into real estate through clear communication, attention to detail, and a steady, organized approach to guiding clients through the buying process.

Rick specializes in helping buyers relocate to Valdosta and Lowndes County, with particular experience in neighborhood selection, new construction, and acreage opportunities.
