Year-over-year, Bemiss home values in this rolling three-month view are up modestly, with the typical home value rising about 4 percent while the median list price climbed roughly 9 percent. At the same time, the share of homes selling above list has slipped compared to a year ago, signaling that buyers have gained some negotiating room.
