This is accomplished by putting the client first and keeping constant communication during this very important time to ensure the best buying or selling experience. Rick was extremely helpful in so many ways. This was our initial Investment Property and being a property manager as well as a realtor, Rick was able to answer all of our questions and never hesitated to share his experience as a property manager as well.
