Robert Yazbeck and Team Yazbeck did an outstanding job helping me sell my house on Brandon Circle in Heritage Park.
This was not an easy sale. I had owned the home for a long time, and it needed a lot of work, cleaning, organizing, and preparation before it was really ready for the market. Robert was honest with me about what needed to happen, but he was also respectful, patient, and encouraging through the whole process.
He and his team helped guide me through the work, the listing, the showings, the negotiations, and the closing, and they never made me feel like I was on my own. The house had been listed before and did not sell, but after Robert helped me get it positioned the right way, we got it sold.
