Amber is amazing at her job and definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. I had a job offer I could not turn down and was moving from NC to CO. I was introduced to her and I explain the situation that I needed to find a place ASAP for my family and close with 3 weeks. I got off the plane at 9:30 am and she had 22 places for us to view that day. We viewed every single one, she even was able to get some of the developers on the phone to answer questions due to our quick turn situation, and even went to video a few more after we left to make sure we made the best and most informed decision moving halfway across the US. We are nowhere to stay and we have found our agent that we will use again without questions. Moving is one of the most stressful things you will do in life but Amber made it the easiest process ever.

My wife and I lived in New York and were moving back to Colorado, so we were challenged with the task of purchasing a home remotely. This was extremely helpful to us as remote buyers and is what convinced us to choose amber as our real estate agent. After working more with Amber, we found that she was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in Denver especially in downtown loft properties. She was a pleasure to work with throughout the home buying process and always took the time to explain documents to us and quickly respond to any questions we had (at all times of the day or night). Additionally, our lender turned out to be very difficult to work with (lots of sporadic requests, late changes in terms of our mortgage, etc.). Amber was extremely aggressive with them and ensured that our financing was in place in time for closing.
