Rodica Taritsa

Rodica was outstanding in helping us sell our house. Our case was not simple as we had been living in a different continent for many years (but for various reasons kept the house, which was only occupied for brief periods). There were several minor (and some major) things that needed fixing. Rodica managed everything that needed to be done to get the house ready for sale (inspection, minor fixes, cleaners, decorations, emptying the house, and the list goes on). Plus everything that needed to be done for the sale (lawyers and paperwork). Really, we could not have done it without her! [In fact, we tried selling the house before a couple of times before, granted at different markets, but the previous agents seemed to ran out of steam (and we are not blaming them)! This was the difference with Rodica.] Also, during all this time, Rodica was extremely professional, always following up on her tasks, and giving detailed answers to our questions (some which, in retrospect, might have been naive). Bottom line is that we would recommend Rodica Taritsa without absolutely NO hesitation.

Rodica is a superstar! She helped me find a home in a quiet neighborhood. She listened to my needs and wishes for a home and gave me all the time I needed to look at houses (though we found the right one in a very short amount of time!). Rodica made the stress of finding and buying a house a lot less stressful because of her experience and knowledge of the area and the way things work in the housing market. Besides helping me find a home, she also answered lots of my questions about the area (I am from out of state), and gave me a ton of information that will be helpful to get to know the area and where to look for help if I need it. I would highly recommend her to help you buy or sell a house. She's a professional with a great personality and a great sense of humor!
