While working at a local school district, I met a friend who encouraged me to try the real estate business. In 2002, I obtained my real estate license and have been enjoying this profession ever since. I understand that selling homes is not just a job; it is a commitment to provide excellent service before and after the sale. My years of experience have taught me a great deal about dealing with different situations in this changing market. When I am not showing homes or conducting listing presentations, I also perform drive-by and BPO inspections. I believe that my years of valuation experience and dealing with bank-owned properties have helped me become familiar with my local market.
