Just wow. Sandra quickly responded at all hours of the day. Truly cared about defending our interests, educating us, and recommending contractors for repairs to our home (she knows a lot of good ones). There were no surprises when it came time to close. It was very clear that she knows parish regulations and what was required of us. If there was something out of the ordinary she researched quickly and gave us direction.
We will be shopping for a house for our daughter in 2025 and Sandra will be our #1 pick. I want to also add that when she says she will do something, consider it done. There was never a time that I thought she was needed to give us more attention. Very focused. Thank you Sandra!
