When Sandra Torres and her family purchased their first home, the process went smoothly and the results were nothing short of joyful. "I've heard others say that buying a home was a nightmare for them." Says Sandra a wife, mom to four and a former retail banker who started thinking about a career in real estate for all the right reasons.
