“Matt Hyduchak was exactly the agent for us. He listed our home for sale and I brought him on for the buying process of our new construction home. I like to be involved in the real estate process and Matt allowed me to do so with all the communication I needed. I had many suggestions and requests throughout the listing period and Matt took everything into consideration with professional expertise, knowledge and kindness. Selling houses during this time was difficult for everyone, so Matt went the extra mile to increase our showings and presence, all while encouraging our confidence in selling our home. Though we believe our new home is forever, we would definitely ask Matt to represent us again if we choose to sell.”

“Liz was my saving grace in a chaotic journey of selling my house. She was patient, communicative, and worked hard with marketing and communication with buyers agents. She was a recommendation of a friend who I have thanked 10000 times. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism, dedication, and expertise. From the moment we connected, Stephanie demonstrated a deep understanding of the market and a genuine commitment to finding me the perfect land. She was incredibly responsive, always available to address my questions and concerns promptly. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone in search of a top-notch realtor who puts their clients first.”
“I was going through a divorce while selling the property and my wife at the time was very hostile. Mary had to jump through a bunch of hoops to make this sale happen. I would recommend her she was patient and got the job done. The house sold for $20k more than I was expecting and Mary did a great job jumping through hoops because I was going through a divorce at the time. But every problem that came up she found a solution to in a timely manner.”
“Ms. Dysinger has spent a great deal of time during the last 6 months on the phone and or texting me to keep me informed as to the sale of my property in Scotland County, NC. She has maintained a professional attitude that I find lacking today in America. I would have no hesitation in contacting her should I have need of buying or selling property in North Carolina!”
“Nic was a pleasure to work with! He kept us up to date on all issues, returned calls, texts, and emails very promptly. Well Done Nic!”

We will recommend her to anyone looking for a home!”
