After listing our condo twice with another agent who couldn't sell our unit, my wife & I decided to hire Saul because we saw one of his listings he had recently sold around the corner from us. From the moment we met, to closing, and beyond, Saul has been such a pleasure to deal with. He's very professional, genuine, and doesn't pressure you like most agents. He gives you the space you need to make a decision and helps you evaluate pros and cons in an unbiased way. He is also very knowledgeable about the Toronto market and helped me find the best value for my money by evaluating comparables in depth.
