We were transfering from SC to IN and was on a tight window of having the chance to go see houses. We called and got Scout and he showed us 4 or 5 homes in a 2 day window. Scott seemed good at what he does and helped us in our search. He delt with getting inspections done when we picked our home and answered any quastions we had in a timely manner. Scott is good and I would tell my friends and Family to call him if they needed someone to find them a home.

Scott is a very honest, humble and professional and is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He is also approchable and very quick to respond to texts or calls, which I think is very important. He always had a positive attitude and is there to welcome you with a warm smile. He has good local connections and introduced us with contractors for all the work that was needed to be done in the house.
Being a first time home buyer, he was patient with us in answering all our questions to alleviate our anxiety, making our home buying experience great! Wishing him all the very best and definitely recommend anyone considering engaging a realtor to at least have a conversation with Scott Babb!

This realtor is the best I've ever worked with. He is well connected and helps get things done. He handled things that were above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do. He's honest and he makes time to look at homes, even at the last minute.. which is extremely important in this market. I wouldn't use anyone else in the future and will always recommend him.

Everything went very smooth through the entire process. Scott had great communication and walked us through the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the results and care that Scott showed when handling our questions and concerns.

I met Scott at a house he was showing to another client. I happened to be doing a drive by to check the property out. He was waiting in frount of the home for his client to arrive. After establishing he was a realtor, we exchanged information. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. So, I thought he would do a great job. And he did a fantastic job! He immediately went to work to find me the perfect place.
It wasn't long before we had an accepted offer on a home I loved. Scott was extremely involved during the entire closings process. He was there at every inspection. I feel he really looked out for my best interest. And actually, he answered all of my questions about closing before I even had a chance to ask them. The whole sale only took about three weeks. Scott made it easy! I would highly recommend him. He is definitely the best thing I have ever picked up off the street! Lol : )

Scott Babb the best realtor that I have ever dealt with. Professional in all regards.

Scott took us in as clients while he was first starting out. Even as a new Realtor, he paid special attention to the things I was looking for in a house. He never tried to push our price limit once and worked very well to keep us in those parameters. He allowed my husband and I to increase our own budget. He paid special attention to the minor and major details that we hoped for and worked around our hectic work schedule. Huge kudos to his work ethic!!
