We had worked with Scott previously. He is just a downright good person and easy to talk with. We had no question we would seek him out on this house hunt as he seemed to understand us and was very relatable.

Scott turned us into the Indian Taco stand, something you would probably miss just driving by. That place is one of my families new traditions.

Scott responds to questions and issues immediately, it was very impressive.

We were out of state owners of the property and Scott helped with every aspect of the preparation and sale of the property. He gave us solid and honest advice on price and through each part of the negotiation process. Scott was the agent who helped us find and purchase the property several years ago and we trusted him to do the right thing for all parties. He was always well prepared, professional and kept us well informed at every step. We have other properties in the area and when we need a realtor again Scott will be our first phone call.

As far as we are concerned, Scott is the best realtor we have ever worked with. We have sold 7 homes in our lifetime. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, savvy and on point with advertising and worked wonders with negotiations. Scott returns calls and text messages promptly and is genuinely concerned about the sellers/buyers needs and issues. His high sales record speaks for itself.

Scott McGhee's advertising was so excellent and far reaching on all types of medium that our family friends hundreds of miles away in the Bay area saw the ad on social media and contacted us about possibly purchasing it. Now that's a great realtor!!!

I might add that we found Scott McGhee by speaking to prospective buyers for the house up for sale next door to us. The buyers could not speak highly enough about him as buyers. We met him and now we know why. Scott McGhee is the BEST!

Scott Mcghee was one of the best in the business! I always knew when we talked he was already thinking about the next step in the process. His attention to detail was perfect. He worked hard to make things happen when the title company was delaying the process. I would recommend to anyone in the mountains talk to Scott!

Scott did a great job on the advertising the property for us. That's what positively sold the property.

All I can say is that I made the correct decision choosing Scott as my realtor. I can say that I now consider Scott as a good friend and I will use him again in the future.

Scott Mcghee, did his job over and beyond to help my Mom and I find the right place in Oakhurst Ca. We are from Los Angels Area, My Dad is 93 years old so it was pretty difficult to come or go up to search for homes, Scott made it easy for us, once we decided the right home , Scott made sure things with the property and surrounding where at par, kept contact with us every step of paper and with any questions that we had, Made things easy and clear. Give us information on the surrounding of the town of Oakhurst Ca. We feel very welcomed in a new area to call our residence Our HOME.

We interviewed two agents. Scott stood out for his local knowledge, approachability, enthusiasm about working with us and his clearly evident appreciation of the property.

Scott was great throughout. He kept us well informed and did an excellent job of marketing, showing, negotiating and completing the sale.

We were very lucky. We choose the right agent and the right brokerage.

Scott was the perfect agent for us: assisted us when we needed it, left us to our own when we wanted it. I never felt pestered, pushed or prodded to either visit a property that might not have seemed attractive, nor to make decisions before we were ready. My schedule meant I might be very involved for a day or so, then gone for 2-3 weeks. He was always available when I needed, quickly willing to adapt as needed. We would quickly recommend his services to family and friends.

Anything he did not know, or was not certain of, he researched accessible sources rather than just making something up. I was surprised to often get email responses quickly even after hours and on weekends. I have dealt with other agents who seemed to just want to answer a question with whatever sounded good at the moment, likely not aware I would still research later, and lost confidence when I found answers to conflict with my own research.

Understood my position and was willing to let me proceed at my own pace. Quickly figured what I wanted and did not waste my time suggesting properties that he knew would not interest me, and was also quick to point out dis-qualifying features of properties that I found in listings and which I would have found out and objected to, without my having to waste limited time visiting those properties myself.

Scott's affable and easy to talk to, has knowledge of the area and I knew he'd be a great guide through the process to the end. Scott went above and beyond to assist me in all aspects of buying the house. Scott has very good agent boundaries and knows when to jump in and say the right thing at the right time. It was a long process during this home purchase, I felt I had the best guide to get me through. I'll be referring my friends and family to Scott for years to come.

Scott worked very hard in helping me to obtain the porperty at a price I could afford. Also helped with the insurance, taxes and repairs. I was very happy with his service

I just knew Scott was always looking out for our interest. Always there for answers and guided my stress a lot easier. Made me laugh and made a smooth transition to our new home.
