Sean Moore was excellent from the first meeting to the closing. Sean presented current real estate market details including my market area. His team, especially Kenney, was extremely helpful. Sean kept me informed He explained everything in terms I understood and did everything he said he would do. I knew from day 1 he was the agent I wanted. Sean & Kenny were fantastic to work with. They were thorough in their assessment on my property and how to price it in the market. They were amazingly fast about communication on even my smallest most paranoid questions. I cant praise them enough for the experience I had working with them. I was astounded by the quality of work and services provided by Sean Moore and his partner, Kenny Hubble, of RE/MAX Boone Realty in the recent sale of my house in Columbia, MO! I found Sean Moore after extensive research and reviews from both online sources and friends who had recently worked with Sean, and I must say my expectations were blown away. Sean and Kenny were excellent communicators, quick to respond to any question, concern, or inquiry in a timely and professional manner. Personalized services began day one as Sean took the time to know me well as a homeowner so he knew how to help me best in this process as a first time seller. Sean provided excellent advice on getting my home "sell ready" and guided me in what to expect along the way. Advertising with Sean's online virtual tour/dollhouse is state-of-the-art and makes a world of difference in today's tech savvy market. After only three days on the market, several offers were already on the table and Kenny did phenomenal work guiding me though the contracts and advising me on negotiations. Listing my house on Monday morning, I never expected my home to be under contract by that Friday for full listing price!!!
