Sean and Blair were wonderful through the entire process. We weren't expecting to sell so quickly due to listing in the off-season but our house went under contract in less than 48 hours. I know it was because of their expertise and marketing that got our property so much attention. They also went above and beyond helping us navigate inspection and closing.
Sean and Natasha made a stressful process less crazy. We really appreciated their guidance and expertise. Highly recommend them both.

Kenneth Hubble was my real estate agent and he was very patient and thorough... This was the first time we've bought a house and even though it took a couple months for us to find the perfect one, we are extremely happy with the whole process from beginning to end and very very happy with the house we found. He answered all of our questions, no matter when we asked and was available via text and email all the time, so it was very convenient... I am very satisfied and would highly recommend using him as a real estate agent.
My goal was a quick sale with a fair price. Sean's suggested selling price generated an offer (to the eventual buyer) about 10 days from listing.
Blair was great to work with especially during the hiccups that occurred at closing (due to challenges on the buyer's side). She went above and beyond arranging to have buyer requested repairs performed. Blair answered all of my questions and helped to settle my nerves. (This was my first home sale.) She was available seemingly 24/7 and always communicated quickly. And, living out of state, I really appreciated that all signings with RE/MAX were electronic.
