Shelby was prompt in responding, listened well, and considered the property in confidently proposing a plan and explaining her strengths to sell the property.
Our sale included some repairs included in there negotiations and contract. Shelby handled these well with advice and helped find good contractors to do there work at reasonable prices and coordinated there work to ensure it was done before closing. This was a big help. She also relayed concerns to me so I could fix things.

Shelby is a very humble person, but don't let the sunny disposition and friendliness fool you: this lady has an advanced degree in business and is sharp as a tack. She will help you navigate and is able to be aggressive on behalf of the client, whilst always being fair and equitable to all involved. I was a buyer, but I would not hesitate to hire her if I were a seller.
