We have used Sean Moore for real estate needs multiple times and he's such a pro, that we don't even think about picking a realtor. When it was time to sell, we automatically called Sean. The thing with Sean is that he's such a pro that choices are simple. Our "go to" is "whatever Sean says". It makes a stressful time so much easier. He's on top of everything and has a network of people to fix problems so you don't have to make a dozen calls to get something fixed. He's definitely the guy you recommend to anyone.
