I bought my first house from Shane about 10 years ago. He was helpful then but in this market he was great! Alwasy very quick to respond with setting up showings for me. He understood the current market and helped me make a strong offer that was successful.

It was great working with Shane again! He knows the market well and appreciate all he does for the community.

Shane Anderson was great to work with. He sat down with us and listened to our needs and concerns and gave us helpful advice. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us not just to benefit himself but to assist us with our needs. We were selling at a difficult time of year. With Christmas and New Year's quickly approaching Shane advised us to wait to list our condo until after the holidays which we felt was wise so we waited those two weeks to list it. However, we got hit with a blizzard during our open house held shortly after we listed our home. But Shane remained encouraging and optimistic and communicated well throughout. Once he had an offer in hand he worked diligently with us and the buyer to "seal the deal" once again understanding not only the timing commitment we had on our end but also the financial expectations. We no longer live in the area but if we still lived there and had a home to sell, we would consider asking Shane to assist us again.

Being out of state we were grateful for Shane's flexibility for answering questions, doing FaceTime showings and lining up in person showings when we were in town. Shane has knowledge of the market and where it is trending helped us in making decisions on if we were going to bid on a house. Shane was honest with his evaluation of houses and if they were what we wanted and kept us from settling on something that we wouldn't be happy owning. When we selected a house he brought up concerns for us to consider when we had stars in our eyes which we appreciated. Shane guiding us through the purchase process was great. His working with our lender and title company made the closing quick and stress free. We highly recommend Shane.
