Shane Anderson is an amazing and has always been a caring realtor that values what he does and it shows through his success. We have enjoyed working with him in both situations through buying and selling a home. He has always been available to answers questions promptly and never minded the excess of questions we had for him. I would recommend Shane to anyone!!!! Thank you Shane for your hard work.

Shane Anderson was a pleasure to work with. He utilizes technology and social media actively in his approach when listing homes or when assisting buyers, which aids greatly in quick communication and traffic for his properties. Shane was available for my wife and me whenever we needed him, whether that was mornings, lunch meetings, or evening appointments. He is very active in the community of Brookings and takes a vested interest in many aspects throughout town. Also, his multiple connections with people in the housing industry have been very helpful for us since the purchase of our home! Shane always either answered our questions or found out for us if he didn't know and let us know right away. He also always offered to help contact people for us and set things up for us. We were wondering if the furnace could be moved in our house and he offered to and called someone to come to the house and see if it could be moved even though it wasn't something that would have changed our mind about getting the house.

Deciding to go with Shane Anderson for help with selling my property was one of the best decisions I've made! He was very easy to work with, provided timely responses to all of my questions, and made the whole process quick and easy for me.

Shane did his job well. He was informative and always there when I had questions. Would recommend him to others and Century 21 in general!!

Shane was very helpful in my purchase. He had an answer for every question I had and also provided more information so I wouldn't have too many questions or concern. He was friendly and treated me like I was his number one priority. I respected that he was looking out for both me (the purchaser) and the seller so we all would feel good about the transaction. Also Shane would take time outside of work to find out and answer my questions that I would ask as soon as I thought about them, which I consider to be an excellent person and worker considering it was his free tI'm but he wanted to help me out as much as possible. I will recommend Century 21 to anyone and also Shane Anderson so they can get the excellent care that I had received.

Shane responded back to us quickly anytime we had a question. He set up all the showings promptly and was a pleasure to work with.

Shane was easy to work with and we really appreciated his willingness to be patient with us until we found the right investment property. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He always was friendly and had a smile. Shane made the process of purchasing this property so easy. He worked around our busy schedules and was fun to work with. Thanks Shane!

Shane was great, very understanding and helpful. I'm sure we drove him crazy at times, but you would never know it, he,always remaimed calm. I would recommend him to a friend, he was very knowledgeable but never pushy, I liked that.

Shane was very diligent and took the time to note everything we liked and disliked about each property we looked at, whether is was something big or some tiny detail. Because of this, he had a "good feeling" we were going to like the home we eventually bought and was ready to go with the paperwork when we wanted to make an offer. He was extremely prompt with all of our requests, and we asked quite a bit from him! We loved working with him and would recommend him to anyone!

I would definitely suggest Shane, he works hard and he kept our house a priority, a nice guy who does a great job.
