From start to finish, Shane took the time to answer our questions and find any information we needed to make our home-buying experience ideal. As first-time home buyers, a lot of the details were confusing, but he walked us through each issue we had in a professional manner. We were very impressed with the level of commitment he showed in helping us find and purchase our first home, and we will be certain to recommend him to all of our friends and family looking to buy or sell!

Shane spent all the time I needed helping me drive around to view properties. He was very polite and patient. Good communication and quick responses to my calls or texts. I have referred a couple people to him due to his professionalism. Awesome agent!

Shane is very knowledgeable about mobile homes and knows these are real homes to customers. He cares about both parties and is careful to keep everyone informed on what's going on every step of the process. He is very involved in the community and therefore knows when and what potential clients are looking for! Everyone knows Shane and he is very approachable. Our house wasn't big money but it did not affect how he treated us. Great working with him!!

Shane did a fabulous job selling our home. With some unique challenges he never hesitated to jump in a offer unbiased advice and information. He exceeded all my expectations and the most important thing is the home sold for over asking price. What else could a person ask for. Shane and the staff did an outstanding job! Shane is excellent to work with and I would recommend to anyone in the Brookings area. He's very honest, hard-working, and down to earth.

Shane Andersen was a wonderful realtor to work with. He was an excellent communicator and was always in contact with us throughout the sales experience. He put maximum effort into keeping our home in the public eye and worked hard to show it to as many people as he could. He was polite and considerate of our family nature and totally willing to work with our schedules for every step of the process, from taking pictures to signing the closing documents.
