Shane understood our needs and wants, then delivered in finding the right property for us. His knowledge of the Brookings community and real estate market was invaluable. Coming from out-of-state, we knew very little about local markets, trends, neighborhoods, regulations, local contractors if needed - Shane knew it all.

We were always warmly welcomed at the office - across the board. Everyone made us feel comfortable,

Shane provides more of a friendship than a service. He guided me to the resources i needed and got me through an overwhelming time. Shane stayed calm through every step when i had so many questions and cushioned our transition. How many realtors do you know would drive with your pans in their back seat to deliver them to you because you forgot them? That's not a job, that's passion.

Shane Anderson is easy to work with very helpful, goes above and beyond and makes you feel very comfortable during the whole process.

We loved Shane and haven’t even met him. Shane answered the million questions I asked him and had a ton of patience. We dealt with him for many months on the different listings.
This was a strange experience for all of us since we lived out of state. We have yet to see the house but we feel really good with the purchase and can’t wait to start our life in Brookings. Shane was always there and answered any questions we had about the different houses. It was a painless process and we can’t thank him enough.

I would recommend Shane Anderson to anyone searching for a house in the Brookings area (and I will). He went above and beyond our expectations for a realtor and helped make our first time buying a house a great experience. He was considerate, flexible, and above all else easy to understand and taught us about the home buying experience rather than just leaving us to figure it out on our own. 5 out of 5 stars!

Shane was super helpful answering all my questions and was on top of things getting everything done that needed to be done in order to sell the house. He did a great job with everything! I am more than pleased with the job he did!

Shane always make sure we understood everything, clear communication, he made things very smooth for us. We would recommended others to have him as their agents. He found us a perfect home that we loved!

Shane was exactly the guy I needed for finding my first house. He was very laid back and approachable. I was able to meet with him several times before even signing a contact. I had a ton of questions and he answered all of them in a very timely manner. Very easy to reach at any time of the day. Highly recommended.
