Shane was really helpful in this whole process. It was really nice to have someone so helpful when purchasing my first home at such a young age. Any questions I had he answered really quick. If and when I decide to sell I will be going back to Shane Andersen.

We used Century 21 to purchase our house when we got to Brookings and had a great experience. I have known Shane Andersen for years, so it was an easy choice to use him, and I am glad I did. Shane had the right marketing plan and helped us set the right price for our house because even during the slow season for real estate, we got the offer on the house a week and a half after putting it on the market. And he helped us resolve an issue found in our house with the best possible outcome. The house closed on schedule and everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend using Shane Anderson and the team at Century 21 when buying or selling a home in Brookings!

Shane is a full time realtor. He is accessible. We signed papers at 9:30 on a Friday night because it was convenient for us and we don't live in Brookings . The electronic document and signature set up is wonderful!!!!
