Shane was 100% on top of everything from the moment we contacted him with our vision until we signed on the dotted line. In our first discussion, we gave him a nearly impossible list of things we were looking for in our dream property. Within 24 hours he found us a property that ticked all the boxes. He had a showing set up for 2 days later on a Saturday. We fell in love with the property, he set us up with a lender who got us a pre-approval letter and we made an offer, all on the same day, a Saturday at that. The sellers accepted the next day and we now own our piece of Heaven we’ve been taking about for over 20 years. Shane was incredible and made the process of moving into our first home seamless. He was patient (with me and my 100 questions) and went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were well informed about each house we were interested in.
