Pam grew up in Newton, KS, and moved to Mt. Pleasant, TX, in 1979. Working in the family business, she gained a wealth of knowledge about construction, flooring, and design. In 2005, Pam began a career at Lowe's, working with a multitude of contractors on design, construction, and "flips." Pam consistently earned top sales awards, including a $250,000 sales award for one month! In 2016, Pam began working for Mayben Realty as the Office Admin. After three months in that position, she started working on her real estate license, achieving that goal in 2017. In her first year, she became a Million Dollar Producer. In 2019, she was named Property Manager. In 2021, wanting to branch out and begin her own property management business, Pam joined Century 21 Premier Group. In 2026, she partnered with former broker Jennifer Sharp to launch a new real estate company, NextPhase Realty. With her fabulous customer service skills and extensive background in sales, she brings a fresh perspective to this new endeavor!
