Got to the point where I got preapproved with her preferred lender, and then as soon as we were going to set up showings, she dropped off the map. The unprofessionalism from Wood County Realtors is honestly insane. Pretty much every single one seems to think certain price ranges are beneath their status, which is honestly pretty funny in this economy with rates the way they are and prices getting cut every single day. Once again, on the whole, this area has some of the most unprofessional business folks I've ever seen in my life.
