What sets me aside from all the other realtors in the area? Though I have only been a realtor for going on 3 years, I have been a paralegal for over 15+ years handling tons of real estate transactions over the years. Having the knowledge I gained from law classes and working in the legal field allows me to give service of expertise and knowledge to my clients. Having peace of mind and happiness at the end of any sales closing is a feeling everyone should have! Being in law for so many years has dove-tailed very well allowing me to specialize in real estate sales that require extensive legal knowledge including probate/estate sales, large commercial sales, real estate investor sales, and Divorce sales. This helped me a lot last year with a majority of my sales, in which I was honored as 2021’s Realtor Rookie of the Year by the Southeastern Border Association of Realtors.
