I'm aware of doing major renovations that do not yield good ROI. I can see how hard-working you are in dealing with clients. You exude patience, respect, understanding, tact, marketing smarts and real concern for clients. Downsizing will be difficult. I am bent on doing this gradually so it won't be too overwhelming. We are truly decided on selling our home, hopefully by next year. I will surely keep you posted. Sharon was and has been AMAZING!!! We were buying in WA and living in CA.
