It was great having ShawnR as my realtor. I did not know him but he was recommended by a friend. He was on top of everything from the minute we met. When I had questions he answered me immediately or got back with me within a day. He has an excellent photographer. Our home was so beautifully advertised. We had over a 30 the first week wanting an appointment. We had a purchase agreement within a week. What made Shawn special is that he was on his vacation with his family. He still made time for me even on vacation. We had to change some of the appointments. He and his company have an excellent way of communicating with each other. The whole team is so efficient and they work together perfectly. I would recommend Shawn 100% to anyone selling their home without reservation. He has 14 years experience and, no matter how busy, he responds immediately. There are no negatives regarding Shawn-only positives. We had our home 40 years. He knew it was emotional and we actually have the perfect buyer.
Thank you to Shawn. He is also a good friend and we stay in touch. With all the competition, you can be sure you made the right decision in working with Shawn. First time selling a house and shawn made experience a lot easier. He is very busy man so sometimes takes him a half day or so to get back with u with any questions but besides that couldn't ask for a better realtor

Best experience ever! Shawn knows what he is talking about and has the experience to find you the house you want, but he’s also the most personable, helpful realtor I know. He helped us find an absolute bargain on our house and then 4 years later helped us sell it for twice the price! Hands down, pick Shawn.
