I would give this man 20 stars if possible. Simon is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met. He fought for us and got us our dream house and sold our old house in 3 days!!!! Yes only 3 days we had 30 showings and 7 offers and got over asking and bought for under asking in this market. When issues arose with either buying or selling he was quick to respond, open, and honest. He also set us up with an amazing loan officer who helped us tremendously.
Simon is also very patient. We drug our feet on buying a house but we had to make sure it was the right one and this man never pressured us to do anything. He waited right with us and when we gave the green light it was all systems go for him. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
