For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $280,000 in York County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $272,500 in October.
Shrewsbury had 3 new listings and 1 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 4—up 300.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
