I absolutely recommend Simon to anyone who is looking to buy a home. As first time home buyers in a sellers market, we were overwhelmed but Simon made the process simple and manageable. He went above and beyond my preconceived notion of what a realtor does for their client.

I wanted to sell my rental property in the city. I have a small business and 2 sons so extra time is not something that's available to me. I knew Simon as a neighbor and our kids played together so I decided to use him professionally. There were a couple of electrical and plumbing issues that needed to be dealt with and Simon immediately put his team on it with no out of pocket expense. Within a week we had an offer. Even though there were a couple of setbacks due to buyer's complications, Simon took care of everything and rescheduled closing. Short of a couple small details on the buyer's punch list it really was a seamless endeavor. I literally made a call and within 30 days everything was done.
