I've had the luxury of living in a lot of locales, including a stint in Europe, but my favorite place to live, without question, is Montana. Over the last 30 years, I have enjoyed living in Bitterroot Valley, the Gallatin Valley, and most recently, the Shields Valley. There were a few years when I stepped away from the Treasure State, but it always called me back to what I consider home.

My real estate journey began when I started investing in real estate in 1993. I offered rentals in some pretty fun locations, as well as renovated homes for resale long before the fix-and-flip era. In 1991, I finished my marketing studies at SJSU and began studying concepts that actually appealed to me, such as interior and exterior design, contract negotiation, and more recently, I received the Ninja Selling Certification, an intense, relationship-based, client-centric business model training.
