Stefan was my realtor during an epic 1.5 year-long search for the right home. He rode through all the ups and downs, and calmly handled negotiations like a champ when we ended up staring down a tough, inscrutable, and shifty selling agent. I warmed to Stefan when I met him at an open house during the very early stages of looking for a home, when I was a year away from actually being ready to buy. He promised not to be pushy and said he would not inundate me with phone calls and emails. He made good on his word. The real estate business is full of a wide range of realtors, many of them fake, pushy, overly slick and unscrupulous. Stefan is a genuinely nice person, empathetic, and very knowledgeable in Burbank and LA area real estate. I'm glad I chose him to help me find my new home.
