I would definitely recommend The Miranda Team to help you list and sell property for you! Grace and her team are the best that I have worked with over the last 20 years. I have purchased and sold many properties. The last property we sold was a piece of land, and we had tried a couple realtors in the past with no success. The Miranda Team does an excellent job with their drone photography. Best of all, are their communication skills, both with the buyer’s realtor and with us. They kept us up-to-date via text and emails. Daina handled the written communication and the paperwork/agreements so well…Great to work with. We had multiple offers and went back-and-forth many times with Buyers. She is very knowledgeable and will definitely help with all the paperwork. Their scheduling Team for property showings was excellent also. So I have nothing but good things to say about The Miranda Team.
