In an industry that is inundated with loads of competition, and sometimes dirty practices, it is refreshing to do business with a genuinely nice person. From start to finish, our time working with Steven was solid. He is professional and yet personable as he responds to questions quickly and thoroughly. We are thankful Steven was introduced to us at a time the rental market is completely crazy in Hoboken. It was truly refreshing to have Steven help us along the way and we are really excited about living in the apartment he helped us locate.
