Over the course of our search, my goals and buyer profile changed significantly — in August 2025 we offered on a two-family in Union City, in February we toured a gut reno project in Hoboken, and in March we finally closed on a two-bed condo. Once we were in contract, he seamlessly coordinated between the seller’s agent, the attorney he recommended, and all other involved parties — it was completely stress-free on my end. Even when we discovered the building had an underfunded reserve, I wasn’t worried. Steven had my back and negotiated a solid deal. He continued to check in through closing and stayed in touch afterward to make sure my transition into the new place went smoothly.
