Sunday was wonderful. We lived out of state and she represented us remotely. She spent days doing research for us, setting appointments and touring homes. She really helped us see the positives and negatives of every property and helped us negotiate our way through a few offers. With us being from out-of-state, she was able to handle some in-person appointments in the closing process and helped get us to the finish signing docs remotely.
