She looked at our house through the buyers' eyes and helped us declutter and make updates to show the house at its best. She then worked her magic with her staging skills and the house looked great! We wish we'd had her decorate while we still lived there! Then when we started getting interest and contracts from buyers she helped us consider the offers and contracts (including from international buyers) and explained the pros and cons of each and advised us how to proceed. Selling our house after living in it so long was very stressful but Susan has an amazingly calm, confident, and easygoing personality that was so reassuring. Susan is not only an experienced and knowledgeable realtor who works really hard to sell your house, she is a truly nice person and a pleasure to work with and we now consider her to be a friend.

Susan did an amazing job with the sale of our home. She worked with us through the entire process from advising us on the upgrades we were considering prior to listing and consulting on paint colors, to walking through prior to staging and deciding what furniture needed to be moved and what would make most sense to put in storage, as well as making the home look its best for marketing purposes.
