We needed to sell our Dad's house. We do not live in the area. We interviewed 3 realtors. Larry had the most comprehensive marketing plan. In addition, he coordinated workers he knew who helped us get the house ready to sell. (Very important if you don't live in the same area.) For reasons having nothing to do with Larry, it was a very complicated sale. He was on top of the whole process. He was always available to talk through the different decisions we had to make. In the end, he helped us get the best price for the house. Larry and his team did an awesome job!
