What can you say about the perfect real estate agent? Susan protected us from ignorant sellers, fought for us, and--more importantly--knew when to stay quiet until the sellers calmed down. She protected us from unnecessary angst, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her actions are the standard model all realtors should abide by. When there were problems in the negotiation process she mentored the less experienced agent (representing the seller) in a respectful and kind way. The seller did their best to tangle up the process, but Susan calmly pulled the threads until they were smooth again. My only worry is my husband will try to leave me for Susan. That's how much he loved having her as our agent.

I still contact Susan and ask her for referrals to handymen when I need something done around the house.
