They have a really good list of referrals for any type of work you may need done to your home in the process of selling. Moreover, we felt like Diana and Terry were kind people who truly cared about our experience and our needs, constantly going above/ beyond to take care of the smallest details and staying ahead of the steps needed to make a home purchase. This was a land sale, so it took more time and effort on the part of the Gardner-Wilson Team. They brought several offers. Previously, we had few offers prior to working with the Gardner-Wilson Team. Ms Gardner kept us informed every step of the way and was always available when we called. She took the time to explain several aspects of the process.
