I had the tough process of selling my fathers house after he passed. It was an emotional time and I had never bought or sold a house. Tiffany was the first agent I met with, and I knew immediately she was who I would work with. She met my mom also, and my mom loved her. I do most things by a gut feeling and it was right again.

Tiffany always answered calls texts and emails. She was very friendly, I felt like I had known her for years. She accepted my plan on the sale and did not push me to do something else. I decided to sell to a neighbor for the asking price even though we could have gotten more if we let buyers bid. A lot of agent's probably wouldn't be ok with that, but Tiffany understood I was trying to do right by my father's neighbors who were always good to him.
